Gua Sha

Gua Sha is an ancient Oriental healing technique where the skin surface is 'scraped' with a Gua Sha implement.

In addition to helping resolve musculoskeletal pain, Gua Sha can be used to treat other conditions.  The area of skin treated will turn red and will take 2-5 days to fade.

It is important to tell your practitioner if you will be wearing clothing that will reveal the Gua Sha marks.  Alternative, effective treatment can be given.
